First, the design vision is defined. To begin our journey, we meet to understand your goals, challenges, needs, wants, and wishes. We discuss the project scope, share ideas, and decide how best to move forward together.
The Timeline, Project Scope, and Budget are confirmed. If construction is required, our design/build team is established, or we collaborate with your own teams. With a strong foundation, we can build (practically) anything.

Investment

People are often shy to discuss how much they want to invest in a decorating project but for both parties, it's one of the most important aspects of your initial consultation. You may not know how much things cost and we can work with you to determine a budget that accomplishes your overall project goals.

You may choose to work on one room at a time or the entire home. The investment in your home or business will determine the furnishing and finishes we can include in the project. We have relationships with American and Italian craftsman that can provide custom furniture, a vast array of accessories, rugs and accents. We also have access to a wide variety of high end used furniture options for our cost conscious clients.

Every project presents its own unique set of circumstances. Posh Palace ATL prides themselves on working side by side with you to accomplish your design vision. We will discuss the specifics of your project, help determine the investment level and make some preliminary design suggestions.
Depending on the size of the project there may be several appointments on site where our team will be planning and making selections in preparation for your design presentation.
